Company base

QSprouter is a division of TW Trade Technology, LLC (twtrade), based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA and operates on normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Order processing

When an order is placed, an automatic email will be generated and sent to the customer's email address as an order confirmation. Upon the confirmation of the payment, the order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days. An email notice will be sent to the customer when the order is shipped. A notice will be sent to the customer if any of the ordered items are out of stock. The customer can choose to wait, modify or cancel the order.

Any special instructions regarding an order can be provided through the check-out process before confirming the order. An email notice will be sent to the customer if the special instructions can not be met. In such case, the customer can choose to modify the instructions or cancel the order.

All orders for purchases of products shall be subject to acceptance by twtrade and are a confirmation that the customer agrees to the terms herein. The terms and conditions stated herein shall apply to all product purchases and no other terms or conditions and no agreement or understanding, oral or written, purporting to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale, whether contained in Customer’s purchase order or elsewhere, shall be binding on twtrade unless made in writing and accepted in writing by twtrade.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. twtrade reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. In addition to end users, twtrade accepts orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products purchased from twtrade but are subject to approval.

Shipping & delivery

All customer orders will be shipped after the payment is confirmed unless if the customer has credit approved. (See Payment for more information.) For in-stock items, please allow up to 3 business days to ship your orders. If any ordered items are out of stock, an email notification will be sent to the customer in a timely fashion.

To reduce the cost of shipping, we use USPS Priority Mail for shipments from twtrade stock in Michigan to the customer. The average USPS delivery time is between 2-4 days while shipped to a destination in the US, except Alaska and Hawaii. Overall, it takes about 3-6 days to receive an order.

Shipping cost will be determined during the checkout process. You acccount will not be charged until the check out process is completed. twtrade reserves the rights to change shipping methods to an alternative method other than USPS. In such case, the delivery time should be similar to the original selected shipping method.

Back orders

Because of possible delay in updating inventory levels on the web, it is possible that the product you purchased is not in stock. The customer will be contacted shortly if the shipment of an order will be delayed.

If you purchase something that is backordered we will notify you.

Factory direct shipping

twtrade may elect to ship orders directly from the manufacturer to the customer using UPS or DHL International. The average deliver time is between 4 - 6 days. The customer does not have to pay any extra shipping cost.

Partial order shipping

When all items in an order can not be shipped at the same time, we will send an email notice to the customer regarding the status of the back-ordering. The customer will have a chance to approve partial order shipments or modify the order. We will hold your entire order until all products can be shipped together. You may specifically specify in the notes on your order that you would like products shipped separately and you understand you will pay additional shipping costs.

We ship exclusively with UPS. We will ship orders to anywhere in the world that UPS services. Rates displayed are estimates only; your order total may be increased up to 10% to account for actual cost of shipping.

A PO box is not acceptable for UPS delivery. If a PO Box is provided as a shipping address, your order will not be shipped until we have a valid street address for delivery. Any fees for address changes will be charged to your card. UPS picks up packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Aeola cannot guarantee the arrival of a package to your destination or the time it reaches you. After the package is picked up by UPS, UPS is responsible for the shipment. A notification of shipment and your UPS tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided with your order.

Returns

We accept returns on a limited basis as a service to our customers.

All returns

• Must contact twtrade for return within 7 days after the order is received.
• Must have an RMA (Return M A) number obtained by email.
• Packages received without an RMA will be refused and no credit will be given.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• Factory Direct products are not refundable.
• A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returned order except for defective products.
• A damaged product caused by improper use of the customer is not considered as a defective prodcut and will not be refunded.

Return method: A refund will be issued to the same card on which the purchase was made within 7 business days after twtrade receives the item in acceptable condition with the proper RMA. An e-mail will be sent to the email address on the original order to confirm the refund and the credit.

For defective parts sent from twtrade or it's suppliers, twtrade will replace them without additional costs.

Warranty

Customer's sole remedy, and twtrade's sole liability for non-conforming goods rejected as provided herein, shall be limited to replacement of the products or, at twtrade’s option, refunding the portion of the price of such non-conforming products paid to twtrade. In no event shall twtrade’s liability for loss, claim, costs of damages related to any products stored, sold, shipped or delivered, hereunder, exceed the purchase price therefore, nor shall twtrade be liable for any loss, charge or damages resulting from its inability to procure any products ordered by twtrade or for delays or failure to deliver products hereunder. In no event shall twtrade be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, notwithstanding any provision of a supplement or other documents, whether arising under contract, tort, strict liability, statute or other form of action, even if twtrade has been informed of the possibility thereof.

twtrade provides no warranties of any kind regarding the results from the use of the products, whether expressed or implied. Including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on the products that twtrade sells to the customer, and all such warranties are expressly excluded. twtrade will, however, pass along to the customer any manufacturer’s warranties applicable to products not manufactured by twtrade.

The service

The use of the twtrade website ( a twtrade store) or placing orders via the telephone with a twtrade representative is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below.

By using this website, or placing orders via the telephone; you indicate that you accept, and agree to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and do not submit any information or orders over the telephone or using this website. This Agreement shall supersede any prior or subsequent terms or conditions included with any communications (written or oral), agreements, purchase orders, or invoices, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by twtrade. twtrade reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will become effective upon the date they are first posted to this site.

Typographical errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, twtrade shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card normally is not charged prior to shipping an order, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, twtrade will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. All items with incorrect descriptions or product names will only be accepted for return within 30 days of order placement.

Privacy policy

All customer information provided to us is for the purpose of placing your order and all correspondence will remain confidential. We do not sell or provide your personal information to any other companies nor do we record any credit card information, except for the last 4 digits of the card number for future reference, if the credit card is charged on twtrade’s web site.

Sales tax

twtrade charges the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Michigan. The customer shall be responsible for all sales taxes to be paid on items shipped to Michigan.

twtrade may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. By using this site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms of Use to which you are bound.

All of your rights and remedies with respect to your order, purchase, possession, and use of the other products and all maintenance, update, warranty, liability, and any other obligations related to the other products, if any, shall be governed by the applicable policies and procedures of those suppliers or manufacturers.

twtrade is not responsible for any of the foregoing obligations, and customer shall have no right of recourse against twtrade for any such obligations.

If an order is placed by a customer with the intent to reverse engineer or to obtain competitive information about twtrade and its affiliates, this will constitute a breach of our Copyright and Trademark Notice section within the twtrade terms and conditions. twtrade will pursue vigorous litigation, against the breeching or violating party; if a violation or breech occurs.
